Version 1.1 · Effective with Hidden Pace 1.1 (October 2026)

1. Licence

Hidden Pace is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). These notes add game-specific details and don't replace it.

2. Laurels and in-app purchases

• Laurels are an in-game currency. They are earned by playing and can also be bought in consumable packs through the App Store.
• Laurels have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money or transferred to another Apple Account, and can only be spent inside Hidden Pace.
• Everything that is sold for Laurels can also be unlocked with Laurels earned by playing. Laurel packs only shorten the way.
• Some content is sold only as one-time (non-consumable) purchases: the Starter Pack, the Career Pass, Masters Career and career scenarios. Racing a career on after age 40 requires Masters Career, the Career Pass or the Masters Circuit module bought with Laurels; one masters season per account is free to try, and retiring at 40 with a full legacy is always free. Careers that were already 40 or older when version 1.1 was first opened keep racing for free.
• One-time purchases stay with your Apple Account and can be restored on any device with Restore Purchases. Family Sharing is not available for them.
• The first pack bought on an Apple Account adds double Laurels. This is a permanent one-time bonus, not a limited-time offer.
• Payments, Ask to Buy, receipts and refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms. If Apple refunds a purchase, the Laurels from that purchase are removed from your balance, and a refunded one-time purchase is no longer unlocked.
• Prices are shown in your local currency in the App Store and may differ between countries.

3. Fair play

Hidden Pace has no timers, energy systems, advertising or expiring offers, and random gear boxes are only won in races — they are never sold. Please don't modify the app or its saves to obtain Laurels or purchases.

4. A game, not advice

Training, nutrition and injury content in Hidden Pace is part of a fictional simulation. It is not medical, health or coaching advice. Race names, athletes and clubs in the game are fictional.

5. Saves

Careers are stored on your device and, if you enable it, in your private iCloud storage. We do our best to protect saves with automatic backups, but we can't recover data that was deleted from your device or iCloud.

6. Changes and contact
